The ITCM Help Desk is the heart of our organization – our clients rely on quick and easy access to the Help Desk when they have computer related issues and want immediate attention.  We maintain and staff a team of Tier 1, 2 and 3 Technicians throughout the business day, with after hours and weekend support available on demand.

 

Our Help Desk is managed by Best-in-Class ticketing and monitoring systems – much of our operation and many of our processes are automated to increase speed-of-response and efficiency.  We strive to triage new issues and escalate your concerns to the appropriate technical level in order to resolve pressing issues quickly.

 

Over years of operation we have become familiar with our clients and their needs, so our technicians know our clients well and provide personalized service.  Dedicated technical resources are available as part of our service delivery model and some clients enjoy weekly onsite visits from our technicians.
